Bob's three–phased approach is designed to create a healthy, lifelong balance between food and activity. This isn’t one of those a one-diet-fits-all programs, and it’s definitely not an unsustainable quick fix. This is a gradual and healthy way to achieve results that stick with you for the long run.

  • Restructuring how you eat to rev your metabolism
  • Getting rid of six problem foods
  • Increasing the number of calories you burn

Phase 2:
Get Moving

Time Frame: Minimum of four weeks
Goal: Helping you keep your calories in check

  • Managing your hunger
  • Increasing your activity at least one level
  • Understanding the emotional reasons for your hunger
  • Introduce “anything-goes” calories and proper portions

Phase 3:
Your Best Life

Goal: Making your diet the healthiest it can be

  • Creating a new way of eating that you'll follow for the rest of your life
  • Increasing your activity at least one level
  • Reducing your intake of saturated fat, sodium and added sugar
  • Eliminating trans fats and adding wholesome foods
